NEW YEAR’S ADDRESS 2026
In Defense of the Children of Planet Earth and Our Home Planet

The Voice of the Children of Planet Earth to the United Nations
Distinguished Members of the United Nations General Assembly,
Distinguished Secretary-General of the United Nations,
This address is not the opinion of a single organization.
This address is the voice of the children of Planet Earth.
The World Children & Youth Physical Education Academy – C.Y.P.E.-Academy
– brings this message before the highest decision
-making bodies of the United Nations because the rights of children and their home, Planet Earth, are being systematically violated.
The year 2026 begins in a world that is not at peace.
It begins in a world where children pay the price for the decisions of adults.
The year 2025 revealed a truth that can no longer be ignored:
violence continues, the climate is deteriorating, and Planet Earth is suffering –
and children are always the first to suffer.
Children did not choose wars.
Children did not choose the climate crisis.
Children did not choose terrorism, hatred, or destruction.
Yet they are forced to live in the middle of them.









🧒 Children’s Rights Are Not Negotiable
We state this to the United Nations clearly and unequivocally:
No ideology, religion, state, or economic interest justifies violence against children.
Terrorism directed at children is a crime against all humanity.
Wars that destroy children’s lives are not acts of defense – they are failures.
A leader who does not protect children is not strong.
That leader has failed in their duty.



🌱 Planet Earth Is Children’s Home – Not a Resource to Be Consumed
Planet Earth is not an unlimited resource.
It is not a battlefield.
It is not a tool of power.
Planet Earth is the home of humanity –
and above all, the home of the children of Planet Earth.
Climate degradation is not a matter of opinion.
It is the consequence of decisions that are made – or deliberately not made.
Leadership that allows the destruction of nature to continue is not realism.
It is an evasion of responsibility.



⚖️ CHARGE: TERRORISM AGAINST CHILDREN International Indictment – Year 2026
Violence against children in wars and terrorist attacks violates:

• the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child
• international humanitarian law
• the rules of war protecting civilians and children

Children are not soldiers.
Violence against them is always a crime.




The Reality of 2025

• In Gaza, child deaths and serious injuries rose to the tens of thousands.
• In Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, children were repeatedly targeted by air and missile strikes.
• In Sudan, Myanmar, Nigeria, the DRC, and other regions, the number of child victims continued to grow.
• Terrorist attacks increased child casualties even outside active conflict zones.

👉 Estimated toll: 60,000–90,000 children killed or seriously injured in 2025.
The true human cost is even higher.

⚖️ Charge: Weak Leadership
Leadership that knows children are suffering but:

• delays action
• remains silent
• allows terrorism to continue
• or hides crimes behind diplomacy

is weak leadership.
Silence is complicity.



✊ Demand to the United Nations and World Leaders 
The World Children & Youth Physical Education Academy demands:

• Unconditional condemnation of all terrorism and warfare against children
• Accountability for all political and religious leaders who accept the continuation of violence
• Independent investigations into war crimes and state terrorism
• The placement of children at the true center of UN decision-making
• Action now – not tomorrow
  
  
  

🌍 Defense of Planet Earth 
Warfare is also a climate crime.
It destroys carbon sinks, increases emissions, and steals the future from children.
If Planet Earth is destroyed, children lose their home.

🧒 Final Demand 
Peace is not weakness.
Peace is courage.
Peace is a duty owed to the children of Planet Earth.
Peace is a climate action.
Peace is the defense of life itself.

The 2026 Challenge to the United Nations
In 2026, the children of Planet Earth say to you:
Act now.
Choose courage.
Choose children.
Choose our home planet.
History will remember actions – not excuses.
Happy New Year 2026.
Choose responsibility.
