“Under the Sun – EVERYBODY IS IMPORTANT”
Dear listeners, dear friends,
When we gather here today, it is not merely to celebrate an occasion.
We gather to remember something far greater, far more enduring, and far more powerful than any one of us alone.
Today, we lift our eyes toward the force whose warmth awakens every morning and whose energy sustains the very fabric of life itself: the power of the sun.

The Sun is our teacher.
Its philosophy is simple, yet majestic:
Light belongs to everyone. Energy belongs to everyone. Life belongs to everyone.
The Sun does not choose whom it illuminates.
It does not ask for nationality, wealth, power, or background.
It asks for no permission, nor does it allow anyone to restrict its gift from others.
The Sun belongs to every human being, every animal, every plant — and especially to every child.
Especially to those children who carry within them the quietest battles of the world.
To the children whose legs may not carry them, but whose dreams carry them far.
To those who move in wheelchairs, yet whose hearts move faster than any limitation.
To the blind children who cannot see the light with their eyes --
yet feel it on their skin and see it vividly within their hearts.
To the deaf children who do not hear the sunrise --
yet can hear, on a deeper level, the message it brings:
You are important. You are valuable.
To the children who live on the edges of silence and darkness.
To those born different — not weak, not lacking, but unique.
To those whom the world does not always know how to listen to, see, or understand.
To them — and to all of us — the Sun says:
“My light belongs to you. I see you. You are important.”
And it is our responsibility, the responsibility of all humanity, to say the same.
Firmly, clearly, and without hesitation.
Under the sun, EVERYBODY IS IMPORTANT.
Under the sun, every child is equally precious.
Under the sun, no one has the right to divide life into higher or lower worth.
We must build a world in which every child — with or without limitations — is given the same right:
The right to live in full light, not in shadow.
When we defend children, we defend life.
When we defend the most vulnerable, we defend the deepest core of our humanity.
When we defend their right to stand under the sun, we defend a future with the possibility to flourish.
Dear listeners,
the next time the Sun rises, remember this:
The same light that touches you also touches the children the world does not always look toward.
But the Sun looks.
The Sun touches.
The Sun gives.
And it reminds us:
We are all one.
We are all important.
We are all valuable — under the same SUN.
