​PUBLIC STATEMENT from General Manager of World Children & Youth Physical Education Academy-
​( C.Y.P.E.- Academy ) Esteemed leadership of the United Nations, the European Union, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization ( NATO ),
The World Children & Youth Physical Education Academy- (C.Y.P.E.-Academy) expresses its deep concern and shock over the attacks carried out by the Russian armed forces, which have repeatedly targeted areas inhabited by children and families, as well as civilian facilities such as schools, hospitals, and youth activity centers. Reports from international organizations and independent documentation confirm that numerous children and their guardians have been killed or injured in these attacks in Ukraine.
These acts constitute violations that meet the criteria of war crimes and represent serious breaches of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as the most fundamental principles of international humanitarian law.
We ask you directly:
How long can the world’s most influential international organizations stand by while children are killed, injured, and traumatized?
How is it possible that in the 21st century we are still unable to protect civilians – especially children – from systematic attacks?
The mission of C.Y.P.E.-Academy is to protect, educate, and support children and young people. In this role, we cannot remain silent, nor can we accept the blatant violations of children’s rights – no matter who the perpetrator is.
We appeal to you:
1. Initiate immediate additional measures to protect children in conflict zones.Words on paper are not enough — concrete actions are needed to prevent attacks on civilian targets and to strengthen children’s physical and psychological safety.
2. Ensure an independent, internationally supervised investigation into all attacks on civilians.Children deserve justice. Every single case must be investigated, and those responsible must face appropriate consequences.
3. Establish a real international protection mechanism for children living amid war.Promises written on paper no longer suffice. We need a system that works in practice — now, not decades from now.

At C.Y.P.E.-Academy, we stand courageously on the side of children — without fear of terrorism, pressure, or political consequences. Children have no voice unless someone gives it to them.
And we give it now.
A child’s right to life, education, and safety is not a matter of negotiation.
You have the power — and the responsibility — to act.
Do not leave the children alone.
